I submitted my response Monday to the complaint filed on August 4 by David D. Lin and Michael D. Cilento of Lewis & Lin, LLC in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of New Rochelle Corporation Counsel Dawn Warren (Dum Dum) and New Rochelle Development Commissioner Adam Salgado (Loverboy).
