DUBLIN, IRELAND (May 27, 2025) — As I promised, when Lalit K. Loomba didn’t agree to settle my claims for copyright infringement and breach of Terms of Service, I followed through by filing a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in White Plains. I sent him a letter on May 10, 2025, giving him until May 24, 2025, to respond, but as of Saturday, he hadn’t. So today, the first business day after that deadline, I filed my case in federal court.
