Subpoenas Issued by Westchester Grand Jury Investigating Corruption at New Rochelle City Hall

DUBLIN, IRELAND (June 15, 2025) — This is an email I sent to members of the New Rochelle City Council moments ago.

Dear City Council and Staff,

Some of you have received subpoenas from a Westchester County Grand Jury as part of an ongoing investigation into corruption at City Hall. This investigation, coordinated by the District Attorney’s Office with involvement from the New York State Inspector General and the New York State Public Service Commission, stems from complaints I personally filed.
