EUROPEAN RUGBY: our view as Leinster beat (Old) Rochelle 25-24 on a match-winning penalty kick in overtime.

DUBLIN, IRELAND (January 11, 2026) — It is now going on two weeks since New Rochelle was required to respond to my Article 78 about the Bob Young reply to the Flowers Park RFP. I was advised to wait a few more days so I but it’s quite bizarre. Of course, they have no legitimate defense so maybe this is their way of giving up without admitting wrongdoin.

I spent part of the holidays researching Rob Rubicco. I have a dozen articles teed up. This week I posted three new ones as part of my my series: Robert P. Rubicco: Criminal, Liar, Fraud, Daycare Operator.

Part XIII details litigation in 2015. Rubicco and his wife paid themselves over $85,000 through Intuit payroll services, failed to deposit the funds in the designated bank account to cover the payments as required, refused demands to deposit the funds and would not return the money. The court awarded Intuit over $195,000. Ten years later, just this past August the Rubiccos paid the judgement. The email exhibits give a good understanding of the nature of the machinations and misrepresentations Rubicco made to the lawyers for Intuit and the court including claiming to represent his wife and the LLC which, as noted by the Intuit lawyer, would be practicing law without a license. Interestingly, Christina received $32,407.84 total (including repeated $7,430.40 payments), while Robert received $53,115.94 (including repeated $9,740.18 payments), each of his at $2,309.78 or about 31% more than hers. Court records show Christina, a former kindergarten teacher, handled the primary educational and operational work during the unlicensed basement phase (2013–2016), while Robert—described as joining full-time only in 2019—was busy violating probation (absconding, cocaine, etc.) on his computer hacking conviction and serving a federal prison sentence.

Part XIV describes litigation from the operator of the daycare in Norwalk that the Rubiccos took over in 2019. Rob Rubicco signed a deal with Anthony Ross that Anna and Jack’s could use Ross’ company’s license until they got their own and would reimburse him for various expenses (e.g., payroll, copier charges, utility charges, and insurance charges). The plaintiff served a summons with notice on the defendants. The defendants failed to appear or respond. On April 8, 2021, the court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against Anna & Jacks Treehouse, LLC and Robert P. Rubicco, jointly and severally, in the amount of $13,920.35. A Satisfaction of Judgment was filed on July 8, 2021, acknowledging full payment of $14,220.35.

Part XV tells the story of litigation by a cleaning company Rubicco hired to clean the classrooms and bathrooms at the Norwalk location. Anna and Jack’s failed to pay invoiced fees. The defendant did not file an appearance. The court granted a motion for default for failure to appear on November 6, 2024, and the court entered the judgment for $6,300.01. without trial on December 4, 2024. There is no record that the judgment has been satisfied.
