A Letter of Appreciation to City of New Rochelle Employees

Over the past year I have been reporting extensively on bad behavior by a select group of administrators and elected officials. I want to make it clear that with well over 600 employees, these rotten apples represent a very small fraction of the people on the City payroll.

I am well aware that most employees are the victims of these bad actors.

As the criminal investigators are getting close to the end of their work, I thought it worthwhile to make the point that my efforts to ferret out corruption are as much as anything to protect the vast majority of honest employees who do their jobs with professionalism and integrity.
