Over the past few weeks I took sone time off (sort of) with family visiting and traveling. I say sort of because I continued to publish stories but at a slower pace: we took my son to Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) with me leading the North Sea - Elbe - Baltic Sea leg of the travels.

We crossed from the Øresund strait between Denmark (Copenhagen) and Sweden (Malmo) on the Öresund Bridge, a combined railway and motorway cable-stayed bridge across.

We took the train over and a car back so we could experience both. This was all about the Nordic noir series The Bridge, a joint production between Sweden's SVT and Denmark's DR, it has been shown in more than 100 countries. Saga is my favorite TV character so I had to make the bridge journey.

Back in the reality of the Sound Shore, people that dominated the news (with stories linked below) are Adam Salgado (sexual harassment claims), Shane Osinloye (sexual assault investigation), Sean Kane (drug planting allegations), Sonny Hostin (son arrested by MTA), Robert Rubicco (up to Part 80), Mark Fonte (chemical blinding of his employee). There was a flurry of activities on my Rubicco series. By way of background I have three major pending FOIL requests which I now expect any day now. My concern was to clear the decks before those arrived. I thought I was close to caught up when I decided to cross check the records I had in Westchester Records Online. That led me down a rabbit hole of tax warrants, unemployment insurance warrants, penalties, judgements, liens, mechanics liens, sheriff seizures and more. I totaled up all that I have so far and they add up to more than $2.8 mm. There are so many I am not going to include them in this newsletter but instead directed interested readers here: Robert P. Instagram followers may have noticed no posts for weeks then a bunch all at once. I was using an app called Canva to create our IG posts. There was an issue which only got sorted when I switched to Adobe Express. The dozens of IG posts over the weekend was catching up.
