DUBLIN, IRELAND (September 29, 2024) — In response to the September 18 release of the Attorney General Report on the Investigation into the Death of Jarrel Garris, the New Rochelle Police Department announced a new Special Needs Registry Program on September 27.

The idea seems to be that the registry is somehow a meaningful response to what happened on July 3, 2023. If so, it is an empty gesture.
