DUBLIN, IRELAND (July 25, 2024) — More than a month after I asked New Rochelle Corporation Counsel Dawn Warren to explain her clearly untrue statements preceding a June 18 vote on a resolution giving the Acting City Manager carte blanche to sign contracts with Sustainable Westchester, I have obtained records which show she lied.

When confronted with email exchanges she had with Francis Thomas Dwyer, Assistant Counsel for the New York State Department of Public Services, Warren inexplicably told me last night her false statements were true, even though the emails show the opposite.
